Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your mail accounts and mailing lists. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail boxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailboxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply select the email box you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
